Refunds for Services
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment. We assess requests fairly and may issue a refund for unsatisfactory service or where advertised service was not provided. Refunds are not granted for change of mind after service or missed appointments.
Refunds for Products
Unopened products can be returned for a full refund within 7 days. Used products may qualify for store credit, subject to a restocking fee. Contact us within 14 days of purchase and provide proof for product refund requests.
